Role & responsibilities

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Configure and support Employee Central, Time Management, and Global Benefits modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare solution design documentation.
- Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, RBP, Position Management, and Employee Data Models.
- Configure Time Management components including Time Off, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Profiles, Leave of Absence, and Time Account Processing.

Location: Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida, Kolkata

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Minimum 23 full lifecycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Hands-on implementation experience in:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Time Management (Time Off / Time Tracking) or Global Perks
