Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize HRSD components including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center (ESC)
- HR Knowledge Management
- HR Services
- Lifecycle Events
- Document Management

- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation processes.
- Configure HR service catalogs, record producers, and employee self-service portals.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems such as:

- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- Active Directory

- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for HR operations.
- Implement and maintain security, roles, and data privacy controls.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements,



and production issue resolution.
- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee service management.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and low-code development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
