Job summary

As a Technical Full Stack Educator you drive outcome focused impact as a key member of Corporate Learning and Development. You collaborate with the in house educator ecosystem to own the complete learning lifecycle. The role leads the design delivery quality and continuous improvement of full stack skilling for GenC talent associates and client teams by combining strong hands on engineering expertise evaluation rigor and AI enabled learning across modern technology domains.

Responsibilities

Design and build learning

Design end to end full stack learning journeys covering frontend backend application interfaces databases cloud testing and DevOps

Create hands on labs mini projects capstones and enterprise grade simulations

Continuously modernize learning content using the latest frameworks Generative AI tools and automation approaches

Deliver and inspire

Deliver high impact classroom virtual and blended learning programs

Conduct live coding sessions debugging deep dives and architecture walkthroughs

Enable learners to demonstrate present and defend technical solutions

Assess and enable readiness

Design and execute coding challenges technical assessments and real world projects aligned with industry expectations

Provide clear and actionable feedback along with structured mentoring plans

Enable readiness for certifications internal skill validation and deployment readiness

Mentor at scale

Act as a technical coach guiding associates from learning completion to client readiness

Reinforce enterprise coding standards design thinking principles and engineering best practices





Partner with business units and corporate stakeholders to ensure learner success

Improve with data

Track skill readiness learner engagement and assessment outcomes

Use insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness

Contribute to leadership dashboards and workforce readiness metrics

What you must have to be considered

Six to ten years of experience delivering technical learning and facilitation with solid application of adult learning principles especially for entry level talent

Strong full stack expertise in at least one primary technology such as Java DotNet C Sharp Python or COBOL with hands on proficiency across frontend backend databases cloud testing DevOps and AI tools

Technical capability areas

Programming using Java DotNet C Sharp Python or COBOL

Frontend development using React or Angular JavaScript HTML and CSS

Backend development using Spring Boot DotNet Node.js or Python

Databases including SQL Oracle SQL and MongoDB

Testing using Selenium unit testing and automation fundamentals





Cloud and DevOps experience using AWS Azure or GCP with Git CI CD pipelines and containers

Mandatory expertise in Generative AI including AI assisted coding prompt engineering retrieval based generation and automation frameworks with continuous upskilling

Exceptional facilitation coaching and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to interpret learning analytics and convert insights into measurable improvements

Innovation mindset with the ability to blend technology and AI into impactful learning experiences

Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations where GenC batches are onboarded

Strong sense of ownership with passion for creating meaningful outcomes

What will help you succeed

Proven proficiency in AI fundamentals AI literacy responsible AI usage and applied Generative AI tools in workplace learning

Experience designing and building AI enabled learning solutions applications or intelligent agents

Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI capabilities

Work model

This role requires working onsite five days a week from a Cognizant office in Chennai Siruseri Tamil Nadu. Work arrangements may evolve based on business project or client needs and expectations will always be communicated clearly.
