What you'll be doing:
Conduct new hire training, refreshers & PKTs
Perform call/process audits and maintain quality dashboards
Drive SLA & TAT improvements with operations teams
Lead corrective training and calibration sessions
Travel for client and branch process alignment
We're looking for:
2+ years of experience in Training & Quality
Strong understanding of QA processes and audits




Excellent communication and team management skills
Experience in BPO/back-office operations preferred
