Responsibilities
- Lead the Auditing process both Statutory and Internal/Group including Transfer pricing audits.
- Coordinating data and create strategy to address Income Tax, Transfer Pricing or TDS assessments and interact with officials in case of assessment proceedings/ scrutiny.
- Costing and analysis of monthly financials, implementation of costing systems. Responsible for Costing (Standard costs roll up during year end, absorption costing monthly) - Product costing/ Inventory valuation as per BW requirements.
- Company secretarial related compliance.
- Support in preparation of Budget and Long-Range Plans by coordination with operations / other departments for collection of information.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on the S-Ox / Internal controls compliance process by periodic review and update of the controls self-assessment (CSA) process.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting team in preparation of various management reports, reconciliation of various accounts, etc.
- Develop and scale up team members to create a back-up matrix within the sub-function areas of the finance department.
- Be Knowledgeable on the IND AS requirements as per the Indian Companies Act to enable implementation in near future, should the requirement arise.
- To be familiar with all company safety policies and programs and follow them.
- To actively participate in the company safety programs to achieve the yearly safety goals.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Qualification
Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Knowledge Essential
- Knowledge of basic accounting process and procedures, Taxation, financial reporting and costing.
- Candidate with hands-on experience on dealing with stakeholders from diverse cultural, geographical and experience background.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (Written & Oral)
- Ifrs/us GAAP
Desirable
Knowledge of SAP (FICO) module
