- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions and process updates.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or BFSI..
- Good understanding of US Mortgage terminology and processes.
- Solid verbal communication, comprehension, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts with split weekly offs.
