Role & responsibilities :

• To manage inventory of Hindustan Marketing Company at the at the assigned depot (Amingaon/ Jorhat Depot)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises inventory management at the at the assigned depot (Amingaon/ Jorhat Depot):

o Verifies incoming materials from system and supervises placement in racks

o Updates system with position materials in racks

o Supervises replacement or scrapping of parts of damaged materials and assembly of the replaced parts, as applicable and updates system

o Supervises picking of materials from racks as per dispatch slips generated by the commercial team

o Updates system as per variance during the material picking process

• Manages team under jurisdiction:

o Allocates duties and monitors performance on the job

o Prepares rosters and proposes leave

o Trains on the job to improve efficiencies

o Enforces PPE usage by team under jurisdiction





• Undertakes 5S and positive housekeeping practices in area under jurisdiction

• Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration:

o Implements Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)

o Implements Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

• Submits MIS at periodic intervals to report inventory status

• Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration

• Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives

• Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changing business requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
