About the Role
We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate has solid sourcing skills, understands technical hiring requirements, and can build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar
- Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Science) to evaluate technical fit
