- Track and review standard costs for labor, materials, and overhead rates
- Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual costs to standard production costs
- Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and year-end physical inventory audits
- Prepare financial reports detailing product margins and operational profitability

Systems and Compliance

- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems, policies, and internal controls
- Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like GAAP or SOX requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data analysis

Strategy and Leadership

- Lead,



mentor, and supervise the cost accounting staff
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to identify waste and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Assist executive leadership with annual budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
