About the Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) for Durashine Sheets sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B sales opportunities for Durashine roofing and cladding sheets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, fabricators, and project customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in roofing sheets, steel sheets, PEB, building materials, or construction products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of dealer and project sales.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
