( 1 , 2 ) Key Responsibilities Student Performance & Analytics Track fitness: Measure student BMI, physical stats, and fitness levels. Analyze skills: Identify player strengths and weaknesses to build tailored training plans. Scout talent: Identify gifted students to form competitive school teams.



Report progress: Maintain individual and class performance records. ( 1 , 2 ) Coaching & Operations Execute training: Deliver structured coaching modules using diverse instruction styles. Maintain facilities: Inspect playgrounds, courts, and equipment daily for damage. Ensure safety: Guarantee student safety during practice, travel, and tournaments. Adapt duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the Sports Director. ( 1 ) Culture & Discipline Enforce rules: Maintain code of conduct on and off the playground. Build character: Inculcate team spirit, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence. Include everyone: Drive maximum student participation in daily sports activities.
