Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can create high-quality visual and video content for marketing, branding, social media, ads, and the website. This is a pure execution role with ownership —ideal for someone who enjoys creating, editing, improving, and shipping content fast. Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design Design creatives for: Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Posters, banners & campaign creatives Thumbnails for YouTube & videos Website & landing page visuals (basic) Ensure brand consistency across all creatives (colors, fonts, layouts) Adapt one design into multiple formats and sizes 2. Video Editing Edit videos for: YouTube (long-form & Shorts) Instagram Reels LinkedIn videos Ads & product videos Add: Captions & subtitles Music & sound effects Transitions, animations & branding Repurpose long videos into short, high-impact clips 3. Basic Video Shooting (Preferred) Assist in shooting videos using mobile / camera Capture product shots, office content,



factory visits & events Coordinate with team for lighting, framing & basic setup 4. AI & Productivity Tools Use AI tools to speed up: Video editing Caption generation Thumbnail ideas Design variations Tools may include: Canva AI CapCut AI / Premiere Pro ChatGPT / image & video AI tools 5.
