The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management , solid market understanding of Delhi’s luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment. Channel Management: Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline. Market Intelligence:



Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers.
