and guidelines of applicable government agencies to approve the loan • Should have experience in Income Calculations • Should possess analytical skills in reviewing the LTV/CLTV • Review the eligibility of Property, Borrowers • Evaluate debt ratio, loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation • Identify risk factors, including fraud red flags to determine or verify misrepresentation • Condition files for missing/ supporting documentation as needed • Test system updates as well as system changes as they occur • Complete required trainings and assessments • Ensure the appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive client data. • Ensure all policies, procedures and guidelines are followed.
