Job requisition ID 89407 Date Sep 23 2025 Location Bengaluru Designation Deputy Manager Entity Deloitte Shared Services India LLP Vendor Contract Focussing Role - Legal Team Your potential unleashed India s impact on the global economy has increased at an exponential rate and Deloitte presents an opportunity to unleash and realise your potential amongst cutting edge leaders and organisations shaping the future of the region and indeed the world beyond At Deloitte your whole self to work every day Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate innovate grow and make an impact that matters Work You Will Do The candidate will be part of the Firm s legal team and support the Firm s senior counsels in reviewing and advising on vendor office space leasing and related contracts for the firm and its affiliate entities within India and South Asia region The responsibilities include Drafting reviewing and negotiating contractual language and standardizing terms for use across vendors Develop and maintain a library of such standard agreements and terms Ability or willingness to learn to use IT-enabled technology for contracting automation etc Drafting reviewing and negotiating contractual language and standardizing terms for office spaces leave and license and lease agreements Liaising with internal legal experts and general counsel to ensure the applicability and sufficiency of existing practices e g Privacy laws Facilities Compliances and Information Security teams Assisting in the establishment implementation and communication of formal policies processes and procedures to govern a supplier contract throughout its life cycle Assisting with the development implementation and improvement of systems to support contract lifecycle management policies and processes Performing industry research on legal matters related to the specific commodities and suppliers managed as well as applicable legislation in various regions where the firm has offices Assisting with the implementation and application of supplier risk management policies and governance including but not limited to appraisal assessment onboarding risk and performance monitoring policy compliance and communication Contributing to the holistic negotiation of agreements with suppliers that achieve the optimal combination of service cost quality and risk mitigation Staying abreast of and contributing to sourcing and procurement s qualified trends and functional innovation particularly around legal and contractual matters Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed and other related legal responsibilities as the Firm may assign from time to time to protect its interests We expect the role to pursue excellence in the field and support in maintaining high standards in privacy Preferred Location Bengaluru Your role as a Deputy Manager We expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients our people and for society In addition to living our purpose Deputy Manager across our organization must strive to be Inspiring -
