We are looking for a dynamic friendly and professional Front Desk and Hospitality Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere This role is vital in representing our brand and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage front desk operations including check-in check-out guest registration and reservations Handle incoming phone calls emails and other communications promptly and professionally Maintain a clean organized and presentable front desk area Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to meet guest needs Respond to guest inquiries complaints and requests with efficiency and courtesy Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative duties Assist in planning and coordinating hospitality services and events when required Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in front office customer service or hospitality roles preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable appearance and a professional attitude Proficient in MS Office and front desk software e g PMS systems Ability to multitask remain calm under pressure and solve problems independently Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
