Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through cold calling outreach networking and partnerships Understand client requirements and position MyAnatomy solutions effectively Customize provide high quality product demos and presentations based on client needs Convert demo engagements into paying clients with high success rates Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups Collaborate with product and operations teams to prepare proposals and pricing structures Negotiate contracts and close deals independently Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management Required Skills Experience 2-5 years of experience in EdTech HR Tech Talent Assessment or similar domains Strong presentation and product demonstration skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technology and explain it in simple terms Comfortable with travel for client meetings and demos if required Preferred Qualifications Experience selling SaaS-based solutions assessment platforms or campus hiring solutions Experience working with higher education institutions and corporate HR teams Strong networking skills in the EdTech or HR Tech ecosystem Job Type Full-time Pay 9 127 19 - 34 615 70 per month Work Location In person
