Job Title Store Manager - Furniture Brand Location Bangalore Indiranagar Delhi Golf Course Experience 5 years furniture retail Background mandatory Team Handling Proven experience managing and leading store teams About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our furniture stores in Bangalore and Delhi The ideal candidate will have a robust background in furniture retail exceptional leadership skills and a track record of driving sales operational efficiency and delivering an outstanding customer experience This is a hands-on role with complete ownership of the store from sales and team management to inventory merchandising and overall store performance Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of the store including sales customer service merchandising and inventory control Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining profitability and operational excellence Recruit train mentor and lead store teams to deliver high performance and employee engagement Ensure brand-consistent visual merchandising and in-store presentation Monitor inventory levels oversee stock replenishment and implement loss-prevention measures Analyze sales data track KPIs and implement strategies to optimize store performance Manage customer escalations professionally ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives product launches and promotions Enforce compliance with company policies health safety and regulatory standards Candidate Profile 5 years of mandatory experience in furniture retail preferably in premium or organized furniture brands Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and retain talent Proven track record in achieving sales targets profitability and operational efficiency Deep understanding of furniture products layouts and customer preferences Strong customer focus interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on expertise in inventory management visual merchandising and store operations Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and implementing corrective actions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment managing multiple priorities effectively Education Bachelor s degree in Business Retail Management or a related field preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 600 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
