English Teacher Position English Teacher The English Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging well-structured lessons that help students develop strong reading writing speaking and comprehension skills The role includes planning curriculum assessing student progress and creating a positive learning setting that supports academic excellence Key Responsibilities Teaching Classroom Management Plan and deliver effective English lessons Grammar Literature Writing Communication Skills Use creative teaching methods to enhance student interest and participation Curriculum Assessment Prepare lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and academic standards Review student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain student records reports and grade books accurately Student Development Encourage reading habits vocabulary building and spoken English skills Support students in projects competitions debates and other literary activities Provide individual attention to students needing additional academic support Communication Collaboration Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress Attend staff meetings training sessions and school events Contribute to school programs annual functions assemblies and clubs Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in English Literature Education B A M A with B Ed preferred Strong command of English grammar writing and communication skills Classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to use digital teaching tools Passion for teaching and child development Preferred Experience Prior experience teaching English in a school setting 1-3 years preferred Experience in CBSE ICSE State Board curriculum as applicable Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 34 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
