- Legal Advisor Real Estate Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Advisor with expertise in real estate laws and property-related transactions The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional legal guidance ensuring statutory compliance managing property documentation and safeguarding the organization s legal interests in all real estate matters Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on property acquisitions sales leasing development and joint ventures Draft review and finalize contracts agreements sale deeds lease deeds MoUs and related legal documents Conduct due diligence of property documents to ensure clear titles and compliance with applicable laws and regulations Represent the organization in legal disputes arbitration and litigation relating to real estate Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including RERA municipal regulations stamp duty registration and land acquisition laws Liaise with government authorities regulatory bodies and external legal counsels as required Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization s interests in property transactions Keep management informed on legislative changes and regulatory updates impacting the real estate sector Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Law LL B from a recognized university Master s Degree in Law LL M preferred 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in real estate law preferably with exposure to large-scale property transactions Strong knowledge of RERA land acquisition procedures registration processes and municipal laws Skills Competencies Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills Solid analytical ability and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a risk-aware approach Employment Type Full-time Location Navalur Regards Nivetha Lakshmi K (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
