Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Monitor stock levels track incoming and outgoing shipments perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System WMS Operational Oversight Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving picking packing and dispatching plywood products Logistics Coordination Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries and manage the efficient flow of materials into and out of the warehouse Staff Supervision Lead motivate train and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures and safety protocols Safety and Compliance Implement and enforce safety regulations ensure proper handling of materials and maintain a safe and secure working workplace Equipment Management Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and ensure they are in good working order and safely operated Warehouse Layout and Efficiency Organize and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency and easy access to products Record Keeping Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all warehouse activities including shipment records and inventory levels Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
