Senior Accounts Manager The Senior Accounts Manager is responsible for leading the company s finance and accounting functions ensuring accurate financial reporting statutory compliance and effective financial planning This role oversees the accounts team manages high-level financial operations and supports management in strategic decision-making Key Responsibilities Oversee full accounting operations including AP AR GST TDS payroll and general ledger Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage budgeting cash flow planning and financial forecasting Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and coordinate internal external audits Approve vendor payments reconciliations and major financial transactions Implement robust internal controls and streamline accounting processes Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management Coordinate with banks auditors vendors and internal departments Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting finance Strong expertise in Tally ERP 9 ERP systems In-depth knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliances Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
