We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic Student Counsellor cum Soft Skills Faculty who will support students emotional academic and career-related needs while also training them in essential soft skills required for personal and professional success This role combines mentoring student guidance and interactive teaching Key Responsibilities Student Counselling Provide individual and group counselling sessions to address academic behavioural emotional and personal challenges Guide students in career planning decision-making and skill development Maintain confidential student records and track progress regularly Organize awareness sessions on mental well-being stress management confidence-building and campus adaptability Coordinate with faculty parents and management to ensure holistic student development Soft Skills Training Develop and deliver engaging modules on communication skills personality development leadership teamwork and professional etiquette Conduct mock interviews resume-building sessions and group discussions GD to enhance employability Use creative and activity-based learning methods such as role-plays presentations and simulations Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback for continuous improvement Academic Administrative Support Assist in student orientation events workshops and placement-related activities Maintain documentation reports and training schedules Support curriculum development and academic planning Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for students Eligibility Criteria Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Psychology Education HR English or any relevant discipline Certification in counselling or soft skills training is an added advantage Experience in teaching mentoring or counselling is preferred Work Environment Collaborative and student-focused environment Chance to contribute to the personal and professional transformation of young learners Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of student counselling experience do you have Experience English teaching 2 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
