WFO- 6 days Job Purpose We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team This role will support the creation of visual assets across digital and print platforms ensuring brand consistency and producing engaging designs that reflect the brand s luxury identity The ideal candidate has a refined design sensibility a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals Job Dimensions Designation Junior Graphic Designer Employment Type Full-time Location Mumbai Reporting Hierarchy Role Reports to Marketing Head Dotted line reporting if any Roles Reporting to this role None No of Reporting Levels Experience 2 years Education Bachelor s degree diploma in Graphic Design Visual Arts Communication Design or equivalent practical experience Key Responsibilities Design Creativity Develop marketing materials including lookbooks catalogues brochures and in-store visuals Create sophisticated digital assets for social media email campaigns and website content Design event-related creatives such as product cards invitations print and digital and advertising collateral that embody the brand s luxury positioning Brand Storytelling Uphold the brand s visual identity with meticulous attention to typography color and layout Contribute to storytelling through visuals that highlight heritage craftsmanship and exclusivity Production File Management Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files that meet technical specifications Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines Organize and maintain a structured repository of assets with explicit version control Liaise with vendors printers and external partners to meet production requirements Skills Qualifications Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Graphic Design Visual Arts Communication Design or equivalent practical experience 2 years of experience in graphic design ideally in the luxury or creative industries Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign working knowledge of Lightroom After Effects and Figma is an advantage Strong grasp of design principles including typography color theory composition and layout Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced detail-driven environment A portfolio that demonstrates creativity technical skill and a refined design sensibility Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
