Key Responsibilities Marketing Sales Manager Yarn Design and execute sales and marketing plans to strengthen the company s core yarn portfolio in domestic and international markets Explore and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive consistent revenue growth Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships with key buyers and clients to ensure repeat business satisfaction and sustainable growth Collaborate with production logistics and finance teams to shape product positioning pricing structures and promotional initiatives Monitor market dynamics competitor strategies and client feedback to refine sales and marketing approaches Prepare and manage sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to track progress against defined targets Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with the company s business objectives Develop competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness Take ownership of product- and segment-level P L to ensure sustainable financial performance Build and optimize B2B sales channels to improve buyer engagement and support business expansion Represent the company at trade fairs exhibitions and industry events to promote products and strengthen brand visibility Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or Textile Engineering MBA preferred 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the textile sector particularly yarns cotton blended synthetic In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes supply chain operations quality standards and end-use applications Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English Hindi and Marathi an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business demands Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Marketing 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
