Training Moderator Coordinator Onsite - Noida India-Based Candidates Only 8 AM-5 PM EST Location Onsite in Noida Schedule Full overlap with Eastern Time If you thrive in fast-paced virtual environments love keeping sessions running smoothly behind the scenes and enjoy helping facilitators deliver exceptional learning experiences this role is for you We re seeking a proactive Training Moderator Coordinator to support seamless virtual learning sessions for global audiences You ll handle session prep real-time support and post-session coordination to create a smooth engaging learner experience every time What You ll Do Before the Session Review agendas facilitator notes and participant lists Share session links invites and pre-work Set up Zoom Teams Webex rooms waiting rooms breakout rooms polls recordings Run tech checks or dry runs with facilitators During the Session Log in early and open the session on time Deliver housekeeping reminders etiquette recording chat use Manage participants chat Q A polls and timing Support facilitators with screen sharing slides and videos Troubleshoot audio video connectivity issues Manage breakout rooms and assist participants After the Session Close out the session and share surveys or next steps Download session recordings and track attendance Summarize poll results feedback and tech issues Document follow-ups and action items What You Need to Succeed Hands-on experience moderating virtual training or webinars Transparent communication and professional on-camera presence Strong coordination skills and technical fluency with virtual platforms If you love being the calm in the chaos enjoy keeping learning experiences on track and thrive in roles where your coordination makes everything work smoothly you ll excel here
