AVP Portfolio Specialist AFE Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned and initiative-taking AVP Portfolio Specialist to join our Active Fundamental Equity team in Bangalore This role has evolved into a center of excellence providing critical support for our global business The ideal candidate will have deeper expertise in active equity strategies and a proven ability to lead strategic projects support business growth and provide sophisticated customized analytics to clients You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including acting as a subject matter expert for Growth and Value equity portfolios driving automation initiatives supporting business development in APAC region and leading content strategy This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the success and efficiency of our global equity platform Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary subject matter expert on our Active Fundamental Equity strategies providing deep insights on portfolio positioning performance and market outlook Develop and deliver bespoke high-quality analytical insights for growth and value equity portfolios to support recent and existing institutional clients across various regions Play a key role in supporting new business pitches and expanding the client base in the fast-growing APAC region Provide senior level specialist support for the commercialization efforts of smallcase model portfolios in the Indian market Lead automation projects in partnership with the IT team to streamline the creation of key content slides for both standard and custom equity strategies Spearhead the streamlining and organization of all content for Active Fundamental Equity strategies creating a centralized and easily accessible communication and repository for key stakeholders Collaborate closely with portfolio managers distribution teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling product messaging Candidate Qualifications ExperienceRelevant investment experience preferably in a portfolio specialist product management or similar role Extensive knowledge of and intellectual curiosity in Active Fundamental Equity strategies both Growth and Value Experience supporting institutional and client relationships and new business pitches A Master s degree or CFA designation is preferred Technical Fundamental Skills Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex investment data Highly motivated strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion Experience working with technology or IT teams on automation or process improvement projects is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create high-quality client-facing materials Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a central repository of content effectively
