About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associates The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers choose the right insurance products Candidates with prior experience in insurance or sales will be given preference although freshers with robust aptitude are also welcome Key Responsibilities Contacting and advising interested leads on suitable insurance products Outbound LOB Understanding customer requirements and recommending the best insurance plans Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction Following up on leads to maximize conversions and meet targets Managing customer interactions professionally across calls and digital platforms Ensuring accurate documentation of customer details and interactions Collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals Preferred Skills Experience Prior experience in insurance customer service or sales is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain product benefits clearly and confidently Sales acumen with a goal-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency MS Office CRM tools etc Freshers with excellent communication and willingness to learn are welcome Eligibility Open to both freshers and experienced candidates Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
