We are looking for an experienced and dynamic finance professional to lead the Finance and Administration team of the Company overseeing all its financial aspects The incumbent will be responsible for financial planning risk management funding strategies cost control and compliance ensuring the company s financial health and sustainable growth in line with the management s vision We are a reputed Company operating primarily in the Housing real estate industry with multiple Residential and Commercial projects to our credit successfully launched over the last 20 years Job Specifics Location - The position will be based at our Head Office in Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Qualification - CA CA Inter ICWA CMA Part qualified professionals with relevant experience may also apply Experience - 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience with at least 4 to 5 years as Senior Finance Head in the Construction industry Reporting to - The Chairman The Managing Director and the Board of Directors CTC - 7 to 8 lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities Develop long-term financial models and align them with organisational goals Analyse industry dynamics project feasibility and investment opportunities Advise the board on recent investments and business combinations Annual budgeting forecasting and planning process Monitoring project-wise and stage-wise financial performance Researching on and bringing on board Project financing term loans working capital private funding etc Negotiating and managing relationships with banks financial institutions and investors Planning and implementing cost-control strategies without compromising quality Oversee tendering contract pricing and bid evaluation Monitor material labour and overhead costs across projects Ensure timely accurate financial statements monthly quarterly annual and its timely presentation to the various stakeholders Board Directors Bank Investors etc Handle statutory audits internal audits and tax audits Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax Companies Act and other statutory requirements Optimize cash flow to ensure smooth project execution Manage receivables payables and inventory efficiently Financial risk management managing insurance covers prevention and detection of fraud and errors etc Oversee direct indirect tax planning GST TDS Corporate Tax Handle litigation related to financial contractual disputes Ensure compliance with HR and Labour Laws Lead the finance accounts and taxation teams Collaborate with project managers procurement team financial and legal consultants auditors Other responsibilities reasonably expected of a senior management position Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
