Position Overview As a Digital Marketer at The Qwerty Ink you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital campaigns drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement Your creative thinking analytical skills and passion for all things digital will be essential in achieving our marketing goals Key Responsibilities Plan launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Google Ads Search Display YouTube etc Drive lead generation through paid channels as well as other digital marketing avenues like affiliate marketing native ads influencer partnerships and programmatic platforms Continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR CPC CPA ROAS conversion rates and optimize accordingly Develop targeting strategies ad creatives and landing pages in coordination with the design and content team Manage campaign budgets pacing and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency Conduct A B testing on creatives targeting and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and product teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking Generate weekly monthly performance reports with actionable insights Stay updated with platform algorithm changes digital trends and new media opportunities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO SEM social media and email marketing Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resumes to HR theqwertyink com Contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
