We are hiring an AGM - Sales and Marketing responsible for driving sales growth developing marketing strategies and managing client relationships in the transmission line hardware sector The role involves team leadership market expansion tender participation and coordination with internal departments to ensure business targets are met He will be responsible for domestic sales for Pan India Job responsibilities Operational Conduct domestic market research and competitor analysis in the transmission line hardware segment Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals Identify and build strong relationships with EPC clients and strategic partners Drive sales growth and manage end-to-end client interactions including tenders and proposals Coordinate with internal departments Design Production Logistics for project execution Lead and manage the sales marketing team ensuring performance and development Submit regular reports to management and ensure compliance with company policies People Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets Set KPIs monitor performance and conduct regular reviews Identify training needs and support team development Ensure coordination across departments for smooth operations Maintain team discipline motivation and adherence to company policies Support in hiring and onboarding current team members Internal interfaces- All related departments External interface Statutory bodies Consultants Vendors Contractors Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales Marketing is preferred Experience 10-15yrs Functional skills Strategic planning and market analysis B2B sales and client relationship management Team leadership and performance tracking Tendering and proposal preparation Strong communication and negotiation skills CRM and MS Office proficiency Behavioural Skills Proactive Planning Collaboration Attention to Detail Decision-Making
