Company Eazr Digipayments Pvt Ltd Location Lower Parel Mumbai Industry Fintech About Eazr Eazr is a fast-growing Fintech company transforming the digital payments ecosystem with secure user-friendly and creative solutions We are looking for a Marketing Social Media Account Manager who can lead our brand presence drive engagement and design creative campaigns that connect with our audience Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to build Eazr s brand visibility Manage and grow Eazr s social media accounts LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube Create engaging visual content posts reels infographics videos using graphic design tools Design marketing collaterals banners ads presentations brochures aligned with the brand identity Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness engagement and lead generation Manage paid ad campaigns Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and optimize for ROI Collaborate with product and business teams for content and campaign alignment Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness Stay updated with social media fintech and design trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Design or related field 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing social media management Compulsory skill Strong proficiency in Graphic Designing Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva Figma or similar tools Ability to design creatives independently for campaigns and social media Strong understanding of SEO SEM and social media algorithms Excellent communication storytelling and creative thinking skills Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines Good to Have Experience in Fintech BFSI or startup ecosystems Video editing or motion graphics skills Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Work Location In person
