Position summary The Senior Associate Producer Support is responsible for developing and providing technical training and monitoring to partners and stakeholders for implementation of the Rainforest Alliance certification program in India The Senior Associate Producer Support reports directly to the PS Manager and in close coordination with other RA department contributes to the implementation of the country strategy and to the different interventions planned in the country including existing and recent projects The Senior Associate Producer Support facilitates training workshops develops training materials and provides guidance for certificate holders and local key stakeholders Responsibilities Be a point of contact for farmers and stakeholders in the country answering technical questions about the certification program Support to develop and implement a national training plan to support all Certificate Holders group of farmers large farm exporter Participate and coordinate meeting with certification involved staff Coordinate and conduct Trainings of Trainers - ToT for members partners and relevant stakeholders based on training needs assessments and the training modules in India Develop and update training materials to be used at ToT and farmer level Safeguard the quality of RA service providers through the development implementation and monitoring of a trainer accreditation system Supervise and coordinate the efficiency and effectiveness of the trainings conducted and provide follow-up Monitor and report on the RA projects by visiting producer organizations Maintain good relationships and liaise with stakeholders and Provide support in all work - related activities as advised by the PS Manager Conduct the Rainforest Alliance monthly webinar series to support certificate holders with training and indicators Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in a field related to agriculture natural resources Minimum work experience of 3 years Proven experience 1 year in the coffee and or cocoa and or citrus sector and preferably experience with certification programs Knowledge of the country s main certified sector mainly Tea in the different RA-certified chains or products Knowledge and commitment to environmental issues and sustainability practices Experience in training and capacity building for adults Knowledge of extension methodologies Consistent track record in the development of training materials Technical Skills Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills Skills in foreign languages verbal prof dominion and written in English desirable General Work Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive manner Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact culturally linguistically and diplomatically with various internal and external people Initiative motivated ingenious detail oriented reliability great attention to detail Available for travel to rural areas of India Skills in the management of digital tools and platforms Level 4 Deadline 03 October 2025 Notes Only candidates legally authorized to work in India will be considered If you have any questions about the job vacancy please contact the HR department recruitment ra org The Rainforest Alliance encourages diversity and inclusion across the global organization With this commitment to diversity we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of gender race color ethnicity religion sexual orientation gender identity ages disability and any other protected group
