Key Responsibilities Accurately transcribe dictated reports of Radiologists for all modalities CT MRI X-ray Ultrasound Mammography BMD and Echocardiography Ensure reports are free of grammatical spelling and typographical errors while maintaining medical accuracy Format and finalize radiology reports as per institutional and NABH AERB guidelines Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to HIPAA institutional data protection policies Work closely with Radiologists and technical staff to clarify dictations abbreviations and unclear medical terminology Manage timely completion and submission of patient reports to ensure smooth workflow and patient care delivery Assist in maintaining standardized templates and report formats across all radiology modalities Ensure archiving and digital record-keeping of completed reports Willingness to work across all sections of Radiology as per departmental needs
