- Own end-to-end service delivery for Financial Crime Compliance operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly contractual commitments are consistently met and all SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs remain within agreed thresholds.
- Drive operational governance by reviewing performance trends, identifying risks, leading corrective actions, and ensuring timely reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Lead and manage large operations teams of 40+ FTEs, including capacity planning, productivity management, performance reviews, coaching, engagement, succession planning, and talent development.
- Act as a second-level escalation point for delivery, process, people, quality, and client-related issues, ensuring transparent ownership, effective stakeholder communication, and timely closure.
- Maintain strong client engagement through structured monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing performance insights, risk updates, improvement plans, and control action plans wherever required.
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in Financial Crime Compliance, KYC, AML, CDD, EDD & compliance operations within the financial services domain.
- MBA in Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline will be preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ACAMS, CAMS, ICA, FCC, CAMI, or equivalent financial crime/compliance certifications will be an added advantage.
