About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead our Foundation Stage (Pre-Primary) program. The ideal candidate will oversee the overall development and smooth functioning of Nursery, LKG, and UKG sections with a strong focus on play-based, child-centric, and foundational learning as per NEP 2020 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire Pre-Primary section (Nursery to UKG).
- Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and daily schedules.
- Ensure high-quality teaching-learning practices through observation, mentoring, and feedback to teachers.
- Train and guide pre-primary teachers and assistants on best practices in early childhood education.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and organize parent communication & meetings.
- Plan and execute school events, celebrations, field trips,



and co-curricular activities for young learners.
- Maintain a secure, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with the Principal and management for continuous improvement of the Foundation Stage.
- Ensure compliance with NEP 2020 foundational stage guidelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- B.Ed. / Montessori / ECCE qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching + coordination role.
- Deep understanding of play-way method, multiple intelligences, and foundational learning.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about early childhood development.
- Proficiency in English and good knowledge of technology for classroom & admin purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
