Role Summary

We are looking for a detailoriented Data Migration Pega Business Analyst to support endtoend delivery of data migration and Pega implementation initiatives This role will work across multiple teams and systems to gather requirements analyze data document processes and support decisionmaking The ideal candidate should be capable of creating templates and case types in Pega App Studio Pega Constellation and ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams

Key Responsibilities

1Connect with and understand data from multiple source and target systems for migration and analysis

2Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple teams

3Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

4Perform requirement analysis and data analysis to support migration planning and implementation decisions

5Prepare and maintain project documentation including requirement documents process flows and decision logs

6Create templates and case types in Pega App Studio using Pega Constellation

7Support the design and configuration of Pega templates and case types in collaboration with development teams

8Work closely with business development QA and delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution

9Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements resolve dependencies and drive timely decisions

10Coordinate with multiple teams to track progress manage expectations and support issue resolution

Required Skills Qualifications

1Experience in data migration projects involving multiple systems

2Strong business requirement gathering analysis and documentation skills

3Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

4Handson experience with Pega App Studio and Pega Constellation templates and case types





5Good understanding of business analysis data analysis and decisionmaking frameworks

6Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across crossfunctional teams

7Ability to manage dependencies risks and issue resolution in a multiteam setting

8Experience supporting QAtesting cycles and requirement signoff

Preferred Qualifications

1Prior experience in enterprisescale transformation or migration programs

2Familiarity with AgileScrum delivery models

3Exposure to process modeling and documentation standards
