Job Title:

Care Specialist will be acting like a patient or member service delivery partner.

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, for onboarding customers, resolving queries, marketing and converting leads/inquiries into paid home care services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage large volumes of calls/messages in a timely and professional manner, following communication scripts when necessary.
- Service Promotion: Inform customers about new products, services, and policies, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate.
- Coordination: Work with other patient service suppliers/partners, doctors, caregivers and other professionals to relentlessly improve patient services.
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer questions and concerns about products, services, or policies, providing accurate and satisfactory answers.
- Social Media: Support company's social media handles to generate sales and engagement

Qualifications:

- Education:



Healthcare /medical or related Graduation; Excellent communication skills in English, conversational skills in Hindi, any other regional language additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

Working arrangement:

- Environment: Remote; May require night or weekend shifts depending on company needs.

Stipend/Salary Range depending on Experience and Role (Part-time/ Full-time)

12.5 K to 25+ K INR plus variable performance bonus.
