Aswath Builders is a Madurai-based construction company established in 2014. We undertake residential construction, apartment development and related construction services with a focus on trust, quality and customer satisfaction.

We are hiring a confident and energetic site superviser to help develop Aswath Builders into a well-known and trusted construction brand in Madurai.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in planning and execution of construction schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites around Madurai
- Two wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
