Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
- Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
- Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
- Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
- 3-5 years of Counselling experience
Language - English and Hindi (knowledge of Assamese is a plus!)
Education-Hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology or Mphil In Clinical Psychologist (RCI Licensed)
