Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end C&F; operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.

2. Ensuring timely secondary transportation and distribution across the assigned region.

3. Optimizing transportation routes, vehicle utilization, and logistics costs.

4. Leading and developing large teams, transporters, and vendor partners.

5. Driving warehouse productivity, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.

6. Managing regional logistics budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

7. Ensuring statutory compliance, audit readiness, and process governance.

8. Collaborating with sales, planning, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve service levels.

9. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

2. Mandatory experience in the Beverage industry with a reputed FMCG organization.

3.



Current designation as Manager or Assistant Manager.

4. Strong experience in secondary logistics, C&F; operations, and warehouse management.

5. Proven expertise in transportation planning, inventory management, and vendor management.

6. Experience in handling large operational teams and regional logistics budgets.

7. Strong understanding of logistics compliance, audits, SOP implementation, and process improvement.

8. Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
