Leading multi-city collection operations with full ownership of performance
Driving TAT adherence, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Managing and mentoring city managers, phlebotomists, and field teams
Optimizing cost per order, manpower utilization, and route efficiency
Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and asset governance
Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvements

Preferred candidate profile
An experienced operations professional (healthcare/diagnostics preferred) with 8yrs+ experience, solid data orientation, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-performing field teams.
