Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Procurement: Coordinate IT and Non-IT outsourcing requirements with internal project management teams and external suppliers.
- Contract & SOW Management: Lead the creation and issuance of Contracts, Work Orders (WO),



SOWs, and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Vendor Management: Manage supplier empanelment/registration documentation, sustain vendor networks, and resolve vendor escalations efficiently.
- Invoicing & Payments: Ensure smooth invoice submission, payment release processes, and PO allotment as per standard operating procedures.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain meticulous outsourcing trackers/matrices and provide real-time updates to senior leadership.

Who Are We Looking For?

- 5 to 6 years of solid procurement and vendor management experience (experience in IT or E-Learning companies is a huge plus).
- Strong understanding of SOWs, vendor contracts, and IT/Non-IT outsourcing processes.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
