The candidate will define reporting standards, provide technical leadership, mentor reporting consultants, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Workday Reporting Center of Excellence activities.
- Design enterprise reporting architecture.
- Develop complex calculated fields and reporting solutions.
- Create Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
- Design executive dashboards and Discovery Boards.
- Establish report governance standards.
- Perform report performance tuning.
- Review report security and data governance.
- Support Workday semi-annual releases.
