Role Overview

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and business-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead a strategic category business with end-to-end ownership of growth, profitability, product portfolio, and market development.

The role requires a strong blend of business management, product marketing, category leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management. The incumbent will drive category strategy, revenue growth, channel expansion, vendor partnerships, and product positioning while owning the P&L; for the assigned business vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L; Management

- Own and drive the category P&L;, revenue growth, margins, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term category growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth levers.
- Monitor category performance through business reviews, forecasting, and analytics.

Product & Portfolio Management

- Develop category roadmap and product portfolio strategy.
- Identify market gaps and launch new products aligned with customer and business needs.
- Manage product lifecycle, pricing, positioning, and assortment decisions.
- Work closely with global principals and suppliers to strengthen product offerings.

Product Marketing & Demand Generation

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and product positioning.
- Lead content development, product communication, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, and channel teams to drive demand generation.

Channel & Market Development

- Expand distribution channels and drive market penetration.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers,



distributors, and partners.
- Identify opportunities across hospitality, retail, corporate, and emerging beverage segments.
- Develop channel-specific growth and promotional strategies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage relationships with global and domestic vendors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements.
- Ensure optimal inventory planning, forecasting, and product availability.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
- Full time MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School (Marketing, Strategy, General Management, or equivalent).

Experience

- 712 years of overall experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Business Management, or Commercial Leadership roles.
- Experience in B2B, Consumer Durables, Food & Beverage, Retail, Consumer Products, D2C, or allied industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing business performance, category growth, and commercial outcomes.
- Exposure to P&L; ownership and revenue responsibility is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with premium, international, or consumer-focused brands will be an advantage.
