Job Summary

Prabhi Travels is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to handle Domestic and International Holiday Package sales. The candidate will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings, creating customized itineraries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle holiday package inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Create customized domestic and international itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Assist customers with flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.




- Maintain CRM records and booking documentation.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales or Travel Consulting.
- Valuable knowledge of Domestic and International destinations.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Experience in itinerary creation and package costing.
- Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM systems.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, OTA, or holiday package company.
- Knowledge of destinations such as Maldives, Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Europe.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
