Position: Education Counsellor

Experience: 1 to 10 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹65,000 In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

Location: Noida Sector 3

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide and assist students in selecting suitable Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, generating admissions, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship options, and payment plans to students and parents.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct counselling sessions through calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.




- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and admission processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Solid follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- 12th Pass & Graduation in any stream.
- Experience in Education Counselling / Academic Sales / Admission Counselling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
