Roaming Routes Holiday is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Junior Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning memorable domestic and international vacations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about travel destinations, packages, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, sightseeing, and transport bookings.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
