Candidate Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and premium retail customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in preparing quotations, presentations, and coordinating with design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and propose suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries until order closure and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
