Salary: ₹7,00,000 - ₹8,50,000 per annum

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in high-rise residential construction projects and hands-on experience in Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, structural works, finishing works, quality control, and project coordination while ensuring timely completion of projects in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil works for high-rise residential construction projects.
- Manage day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Oversee the installation and execution of Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) systems.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation.




- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
- Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN) execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with project planning, quality control, and site safety practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Interview Process

- 2-3 Interview Rounds
- 1 Face-to-Face Interview is Mandatory
